Stalking
Stalking translates to the act of following or pursuing someone repeatedly or constantly, threatening their physical or psychological integrity, causing embarrassment, humiliation, and intimidation in a way that harms their freedom of movement.
This practice was added to the Penal Code by Law n. 14.132/2021.
